I’m Rose, a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT126181). At Therapy With Rose, I specialize in gentle, evidence-informed self-esteem counseling to help you feel steadier, kinder to yourself, and more able to try new things.
I offer in-person and telehealth sessions designed to provide real-life, practical tools, including short exercises and calm breathing practices, that you can use between sessions.
