Therapy With Rose

Show Up as You Are for Neurodivergent Support at Therapy with Rose

Neurodivergency

Neurodivergency means natural differences in how our brains work. This can include autism, ADHD, dyslexia and other ways of thinking and learning. At Therapy With Rose, I honor these differences every day, not just during neurodiversity month or on neurodiversity day. I want you to feel safe, seen and respected.

About Me

I am Rose. I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. My license number is LMFT126181. I work with people who think deeply and feel strongly. I know life can feel heavy when your brain works differently. In this neurodiversity clinic space, I offer kind and steady support to help you feel better.

Who This Helps

This service helps people of all ages who are neurodivergent or who think they might be. It helps parents, partners and families too. You do not need a formal neurodiversity test to get help here. You may come to me if you are noticing common neurodiversity symptoms, such as:

  • Have trouble with focus or attention.
  • Find social rules hard to read.
  • Struggle with reading or learning in a usual way.
  • Feel anxious or sad because you are different.
  • Want help to set up routines or plans.

You do not need a formal diagnosis to get help. You only need the wish to feel calmer and more in control.

What To Expect

Therapy is slow and steady work. In our first meeting, we will talk about your needs. You and I will create a plan together. Sessions are simple and clear. I listen. I ask gentle questions. I teach small tools you can use every day.

You will learn how to:

  • Understand your strong points and struggles.
  • Build simple routines that help you feel safe.
  • Talk about hard feelings in a calm way.
  • Ask for what you need at home, school, or work.

I will move at your pace. You are the expert on your life.

My Approach

I use psychodynamic and mindfulness methods. This means we look at patterns from the past. We also learn calm, present-moment skills. I focus on trust. I focus on keeping you safe. I use clear language and real-life tools. I do not use labels to judge you. I use them to help us plan care.

Therapy here is warm and practical. I aim to help you feel clearer, calmer and more able to make the choices you want.

Sessions and Accessibility

I offer both in-person and virtual sessions. This makes therapy easy to fit into your life. Sessions are private and safe. I try to be flexible with time and needs.

If you need any small changes to help you feel comfortable, tell me. We can plan accommodations together. Simple examples are extra time to speak, written notes, or visual supports.

Working with Families and Caregivers

I help families learn simple steps to support a neurodivergent person. Together, we will work on clear routines, kind communication and realistic goals. I help parents and partners feel less worried and more hopeful.

How To Get Started

You can book a first meeting by phone or online. In our first call, I will help you pick a time that works for you. I will ask a few simple questions to learn what you need. Then we will set a plan for care.

You do not need to be brave. You only need to show up as you are.

Why Choose Therapy with Rose

While some people search for large, impersonal neurodiversity treatment centers, here you will work directly with me, a therapist who listens with heart. You will find a calm space to be yourself. You will get tools that are simple and helpful. You will be treated with respect and kindness. I focus on real change that fits your life.

If you want support for neurodivergency, you are welcome here. We will work together to make life feel a bit easier and brighter.
