Therapy With Rose

A Safe Space for Identity Issues and Self-Discovery with Therapy with Rose

Identity Issues

You may feel lost. You may ask, Who am I? You may wonder what matters to you. You may feel torn between what others expect and what you want. I offer a calm and safe place to explore these questions. My job is to help you find answers that fit you.

About Me

I am Rose. I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT126181). I work with people who think a lot and feel a lot. You may call yourself an over-thinker or an over-feeler. You may struggle with anxiety, low mood, hard relationships, or big life changes. I meet you where you are. I help you feel seen and understood.

How I Can Help

I help you slow down. I help you notice thoughts and feelings. I help you find which values matter most to you. I help you make small, clear steps toward living more like your true self.

I look at patterns. I look at old stories that shape how you see yourself. I also build simple tools you can use every day. These tools help you calm your body, think more clearly and make choices that feel right.

You will learn how to set gentle limits. You will learn how to say yes to what matters. You will learn how to say no without guilt. You will gain more clarity, control and confidence.

My Approach

I blend psychodynamic work and mindfulness. That means I talk about the past that still affects you now. I also practice helping you be present with your feelings in small moments. Therapy is a mix of talking, noticing and simple exercises. I keep things practical and kind.

Rapport matters to me. I believe a strong connection helps you heal. I will listen without judgment. I will mirror what I hear so you feel known. I will also challenge you gently when it helps you grow.

Who This Is For

This work is for anyone who feels unsure about who they are. It fits people asking questions about:

  • Values and beliefs.
  • Cultural or family roles.
  • Gender or sexual identity.
  • Career and life purpose.
  • Changes after a breakup, move, or loss.

If you feel anxious about choices, or if you feel stuck, this work can help. You do not need to have a clear problem. You only need a wish to understand yourself better.

What To Expect

The first meeting is simple and calm. I will ask about your story and what brings you to therapy now. I will set small goals with you. Sessions are a place to try on new ideas. You can bring questions. You can bring silence. I follow your pace.

I give tools you can use between sessions. These are short practices for your day. They help you notice your values and act on them. Over time, small steps add up to big change.

Practical Details

I offer in-person and virtual appointments. This makes therapy easier to fit into your life. I keep my schedule flexible when I can. I will explain fees and how to book. I will also share how to cancel or reschedule without stress.

A Word on Safety and Trust

Therapy with me is private and safe. I will respect your story. I will not judge you. If you feel unsure, I can talk about how to make therapy feel safer. You are in control of what you share and when.
