I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. My license number is LMFT126181. I listen carefully. I help people who think a lot and feel very deeply. I use simple ideas from psychodynamic therapy and mindfulness. I make a safe place for you to talk. I offer both in-person and virtual sessions so you can pick what feels best.

I help you find the reasons you please people. I look at your past and your feelings. I teach small skills you can use every day. I show you how to say no in a kind way. I help you set gentle limits without guilt. I teach calm breathing and quick tools to lower worry.

I give simple tasks to try at home. I help you practice new ways of talking and acting. I match my pace to yours. I celebrate small wins and help with hard steps.

What To Expect

At the first session, I will listen to your story. I will ask about your life, your worries, and what you hope for. I will make small, clear goals with you. At each visit, I will check how things are going. I will give one or two short exercises to try between sessions. These are easy and quick.

Sessions are private and caring. You only share what you want. I will not judge. I will help you learn and grow slowly.
